Your Credit Card is used to hold the appointment only. Picture ID and CC are required at check-in.
Cancellation policy: Please cancel 24hr prior to scheduled appointment. Login to your account to change or cancel your appointment. 50% late cancellation or No Show fee may be charged. If you need to change or cancel same day appointment you just reserved, call the front desk at (415) 500-4321.
