Cryotherapy Technician

We are currently looking for Cryotherapy equipment operator. Esthetician or massage therapist licensing is preferred but not required.


Principle duties include:

 

 

  • Perform consecutive 30 to 120-minute sessions.
  • Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs.
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients.
  • Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

 

Position requirements:

 

  • Must be willing to undergo necessary training prior to employment.
  • Knowledge of various cryotherapy equipment preferred.
  • Willing to learn and train various emerging cryotherapy devices services.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and fellow staff members.
  • Able to work flexible days and hours on occasion.
  • Understands and believes in the healing benefits cryotherapy.

  • Perform consecutive 30 to 120-minute quality massage therapy sessions.
  • Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs.
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits to client`s receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
  • Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

 

Position requirements:

 

  • Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations. Must have or be willing to obtain necessary state or city Massage Therapist Permit/License.
  • Knowledge of Thai massage, Foot Massage, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy preferred (We provide mandatory training where necessary).
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
  • Willing to learn and train diverse massage styles.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and fellow staff members.
  • Able to work flexible days and hours.
  • Understands and believes in the healing benefits of traditional Thai massage therapy.

Receptionist/Spa Coordinator

We are currently looking for Receptionist/Spa Coordinator to cover various full time/ part time shifts in our day spa.
Principle duties include:
- Customer greeting and orientation before therapy sessions.
- Answering phone calls with enthusiasm and positivity.
- Appointment reservation for new and existing clients.
- Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs.
- Help direct spa traffic and stuff duties.
- Create excellent experience for guests as well as stuff, through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of common areas. Position requirements:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- A minimum of six months experience in a service/retail/hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
- An energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent Customer Service track record, Spa Experience preferred,
- Knowledge of Thai massage, Foot Massage, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy preferred.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
- Must be willing to work on weekday evenings as wells as at least one day of a weekend if needed.
